The free reporting tools process CSV contents on your device. They do not upload those contents to Report Perch or an AI service.

Using the free tools

Selected files and pasted data are held in the current page’s memory while you work. This app does not save your CSV data in a database or browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page clears the working report. A report you download is saved on your device and contains your report data; share it only with the intended recipients.

Sending an inquiry

The inquiry form prepares an email. You send it using your own email service. The page itself does not submit the form or store its contents. Once sent, the message is handled by your email provider and Report Perch’s Gmail inbox at boothreadyak@gmail.com. Start with a description; do not send passwords or confidential, personal, or unredacted client records.

Custom projects

We review the requirements and how any redacted samples will be shared before accepting a custom project. The public free tools are not a secure client portal.

Website hosting

The site does not include advertising trackers or custom visitor analytics. Its hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and operate the website. This statement does not describe or control your browser, device, email provider, or hosting provider’s own practices.
